Average Salary for a Cisco CCNP

Cisco Certified Network Professionals (CCNPs) remain in high demand, despite some of the recent difficulties that have affected some areas of IT. This specialised certification is highly valued by mid- to large-sized businesses, and this is reflected in both demand and pay. A CCNP can expect an average annual salary of £45,000, with the top 10% of this field taking home over £65,000 per year.
Although demand dropped for a short period following the announcement of major changes to the certification in 2010, it has made a full recovery and can be expected to remain stable for the foreseeable future. Current pay trends can also be expected to continue with average pay showing a slow but steady increase
